Help us build the next chapter of New York City rock climbing. Brooklyn Uprising is more than a gym. It's a creative space built by and for climbers. We're a small, passionate team shaping something new for New York's climbing community: a place to train hard, build community, and help people use rock climbing to learn how to grapple with setbacks, try harder than they ever thought they could, and accomplish things that previously seemed impossible.

We're looking for climbers who see routesetting, coaching, and community-building as creative acts. If you thrive in collaborative spaces, take pride in your craft, and wear a few different hats, you'll fit right in.
